2024 Approved Meeting Calendar

At its meeting held December 7, 2023, the HTAC approved meeting dates for the Commission as well as the Houma-Terrebonne Airport Safety, Security and Noise Abatement Committee.

  • HTAC generally meets on the first and third Thursday of each month at 6:00 p.m. In 2024, the months of July and August are adjusted to the second and fourth due to the Fourth of July Holiday.
  • Safety, Security and Noise Abatement Meetings are held on the third Wednesday of each month at 11:15 a.m.
  • All meetings are held at the HTAC Conference room at 10264 East Main Street in Houma.

NOTICE TO BIDDERS

The Houma-Terrebonne Airport Commission (H-TAC) will receive sealed bids until 10:00 a.m. on Friday, November 3, 2023 at their office located at 10264 East Main Street, Houma, Louisiana 70363 for Fiscal Agent Banking Services under the provisions of the Louisiana Revised Statutes for a five (5) year period beginning January 1, 2024 and ending December 31, 2028.

The proposal requirements may be obtained by contacting the Houma-Terrebonne Airport Commission office, telephone (985) 872-4646.  The sealed proposals must be plainly marked “Sealed Proposals, Fiscal Agency, November 4, 2023”. The Houma-Terrebonne Airport Commission reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to make any award as in the opinion of the Board best meets it needs.
